For orders under $150 a flat shipping fee of $11.95 will apply.

Returns
If you're not 100% happy with your Miss Velvet purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or exchange once your item has been returned, upon inspection from the manufacturer.
